First test ride on wet trails. Chain Goop held up great and the chain was quiet. Wiped off with an old T-shirt and it’s ready to ride another day! So far, so good!!

About Our Lubricant

Chain Goop is a high-performance oil-based lubricant designed to prolong the lifespan of your bike's drivetrain. Its unique and proprietary formula ensures optimal performance when applying it to each chain link, similar to a wax-based solution. Slowly rotate it through the gears and wipe off excess lubricant with a cloth or microfiber towel. With its resistance to freezing temperatures, Chain Goop is ideal for year-round use in any riding condition and will keep your chain running smoothly. It's not necessary to start with a perfectly clean chain but it's always best practice to clean your chain thoroughly before the first application. Reapply as needed.

How it started

Dan always called it Chain Goop! Not sure why, but it stuck. We've tried all the traditional brands that you find in the bike shoppes and online, but we always called them by the same name. Now we're sharing that name with you! Got any Chain Goop?
